Perfect coffee depends on the freshness of the beans and the water temperature and pressure. The Miele machine has a container for 500g of coffee beans and an integrated grinder to grind 6-9g of beans freshly for every cup. There is a choice of three different portion sizes (espresso, short coffee and long coffee) and the quantity and temperature of water dispensed for each can be programmed to ensure the coffee is made to the perfect strength.
